Cherry Blossom Farm is a 14+ acre, private farm located in some of northern Virginia's finest hunt territory. The owners, George Kuk and Devon Zebrovious, have over 55 years combined experience riding in the hunter/jumper rings and hunt field. They specialize in bringing along quality horses in a manner that allows them to show their true potential, whether it be showing, eventing, dressage or hunting. George has extensive experience in the jumper ring up through the 4'6" level, and spent many years riding and training with Katie Monahan Prudent, Joe Fargis, and Kim Prince. He focuses on thorough flatwork for all the horses, getting them first-field experience in the hunt field, schooling cross-country, and showing in the 3' hunters. Devon has an equitation, hunter, and jumper background. She concentrates on proper jumping foundations for the horses, competing them locally and at rated shows in divisions ranging from the Baby Greens to the 3'6"+ hunters, taking new hunt prospects out for their first few hunts, and specializes in sidesaddle, both for the show ring and the hunt field. She has represented Middleburg Hunt five times in the Virginia Field Hunter championships, with a consistent record of "Best Turned Out" awards, and won the 2007 Reserve Champion Virginia Field Hunter title with the Dutch WB/TB gelding "Quest". Both George and Devon have been awarded their colors with the Middleburg Hunt, and also frequently cap with the Piedmont Foxhounds and the Orange County Hunt. |
