This saddle was fully checked over, and put back into like-new condition, by master British saddler Michael Dainton in 2005. He put on all new billets, a new stirrup leather, and new stitching and leather where needed. This saddle is yet further proof of why an Owen is probably the most desired sidesaddle for most riders today.
