| Cherry Blossom Farm Middleburg, VA |
| 22.5" x 13.5" Champion & Wilton Medium-wide tree. Doeskin seat, and nice wide pommels. Two-position leaping head. This saddle was designed for, and used primarily as, a hunting saddle, first in England, and then in Virginia. It was then used in the sidesaddle division in the 1980s. Wear: There are a few small holes in the doeskin seat, and it has a slit in the leather on the tip of the leaping head from the former owner flipping the stirrup up over it. Neither affects the saddle's use in any way, and can not be seen when wearing an apron. Sold less fittings. It takes a standard C&W fitting. $1,750. |
